a new way of doing business... for our liberation

I am no longer providing services under the Plenty Pact terms, nor am I providing cooperative
business development consulting (except on a special case-by-case basis).

I am actively seeking a business partner to revive the Plenty Pact and continue offering community-based co-op development work. Please be in touch or help spread the word!

Please visit my Consulting page for current terms of engagement.

About the Plenty Pact

Plenty Pact describes an innovative new “terms of engagement” by which I offer services to my communities as of May 2020.

Plenty: May we be generous in our offerings. And trust that there will be enough for us both. Relationship, after all, is the true source of wealth.

Pact: Let this be a firm, loving, yet evolving commitment we choose to make to each other.

In it a nutshell, the Plenty Pact means I am offering ALL of my professional services—including technical assistance to developing co-op businesses and organizations, leadership coaching, facilitating, and much more)

on an exclusively pay-what-you-can basis.

Trust, relationship, and the transformative results we can accomplish together are put in the forefront; barriers to accessing services are reduced. Through this structure, I trust that you and I—and our communities by extension—can experience more resilient abundance than ever before. The Plenty Pact is an experimental win-win-win structure, and the culmination of my design thinking and belief system.

Let’s find that out together! Simply set up a free exploratory conversation with me to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

In it, we will address what your needs and goals are, whether I am a good fit to help you, and what you can offer to compensate me for my skilled support. Diverse options (such as multiple types of capital, trades, currencies, and equities) for fair and just compensation are embraced!

More on how the Plenty Pact works:

My commitment is to provide services to you if 1) I trust you are honest in your ask and offer, 2) I have the bandwidth, and 3) if I believe I’m the best person to help you.

As a client, your responsibility is to deeply consider your ask and offer for working together, and ensure they are honest and vulnerable. You will make an offer, in money or other valuable form of consideration, for my services. Your offer should honestly reflect what is true for your circumstances, and in light of the meaning our engagement would have to your life.

Anyone may access Plenty Pact services. Simply reach out by exploratory meeting if you are interested.

Because of Plenty Pact’s natural “first come, first served” structure, I am actively reaching out to people with whom I have already established trust and relationship. My promotional efforts will continue to grow in a spiral shape, moving from those in my closest communities  outward to more distant networks I am a part of.

However, I welcome any and all people who find out about Plenty Pact to reach out if you feel called to work together. (You can also donate to support Plenty Pact here.)

Anyone is fully able to access the Plenty Pact terms. Only: If I am not already in relationship with you, then it may require some extra time, energy and “getting to know you” conversation before I would be willing to start a working relationship. (So if you know you need help urgently, please reach out to start the conversation right away.)

I serve individuals (leadership, spiritual and path-making coaching), organizations and small businesses (consulting and other services).

My skill sets include:

  • strategic, design and development consulting
  • critical, whole-systems, regenerative design analysis of business processes, culture and systems
  • facilitation
  • education, training and curriculum
  • documentation
  • coaching
  • project managing, producing and directing
  • vision and story development (ask me more)

This is my story of why I am doing the Plenty Pact.

My goal is to better serve my communities by making myself more available, removing barriers to accessing my services, and defying capitalist norms in favor of alternative, relationship-based economics.

Through this unique structure, I am inviting my community into deeper relationships of mutual aid. How I support you and how you support me, these matters become more open and co-creative.

Also, there is urgency: the world needs co-ops, cooperators, cooperative leaders, bold visionaries, badass organizers, systems thinkers, and living/learning organizations as soon as possible to prepare for the tides of transformation and disorder coming our way.

I’m offering critical support and capacity-building toward viable futures. This is my purpose. It comes before and above all else. As an ancestor, I must trust that these efforts will pay back far more than my bank account could ever pay out.

In doing so I am proud to embody innovative post-capitalist models for how we steward one another, in networks of relationship. I aspire for this to emerge as a win-win-win, community-owned success story of economic solidarity and cooperation.

I accept diverse and varied forms of compensation from my clients (and every client is different!)

I welcome cash, alternative currencies (including Favor), trades and barters of goods and services, creative financing arrangements such as equity, royalties, etc.

I accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, cash or check at this time.

If you wish to seek my services through the Plenty Pact model, simply set up an exploratory conversation here.

If you want to support what I am doing, I welcome and appreciate your solidarity! Please become a subscriber and monthly donor on Patreon, where you can support this work for as little as $2 a month. Thank you!

I am starting to go outside as an embodied invitation, meeting people under shady trees in public parks around Denver.

There are a thousand reasons to take me up on this simple invitation to Be with me. So much healing is to be done, so much processing, so much empowering. I welcome all of it.

If you would prefer to receive a consultation in person, book an open hours session with me here.
