Cooperative Conversations is a new podcast hosted by Caroline Savery designed to increase community insight and access to cooperative development processes.
Cooperative Conversations will feature:
- Actual early-stages cooperative development conversations with co-op clients*
- Interviews with special guest co-op entrepreneurs
- More to come!
*Unlike traditional small businesses, co-ops have a unique incentive to share about themselves with their communities from early on in their development processes. This, plus the desire to demystify the cooperative development process, inspired the idea for the podcast: to “open up” to broader audiences the early, exploratory conversations I have with co-op development clients. This will provide clients with a recording to help them clarify their own thinking and communicate more effectively with their audiences, and it helps foster learning through case studies by other co-op entrepreneurs as well as co-op development processes.
